Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas Speech and Language Pathologist Certification (SLP-CCC)
• Experience working within school settings and supporting K-12 students preferred
• Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
• Proficiency with IEP management and school-based documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language assessments and document findings
• Develop, implement, and revise IEPs in partnership with educators and parents
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for a variety of communication and language disorders
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely records
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student success
