Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency abilities
• Design and implement evidence-based therapy interventions for students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student success
• Offer in-class support and teacher consultation as needed for classroom accommodations
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices
