Job Title: Shipping and Receiving AssociateJob DescriptionThe Shipping and Receiving Associate works in a warehouse environment handling paint supplies and sealing equipment, accurately pulling orders, and loading and unloading customer vehicles and equipment. This role combines general labor, inventory support, and customer-facing responsibilities in a small, highly organized warehouse setting.
Responsibilities- Stock paint supplies and sealing equipment in the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Pull customer orders from warehouse inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload customer vehicles and equipment with products in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform general labor tasks in the warehouse, including organizing, cleaning, and maintaining work areas.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including handling incoming and outgoing materials.
- Interact directly with customers within the warehouse, providing courteous and professional service.
- Multitask between customer-facing duties and warehouse responsibilities throughout the workday.
- Use coating machine hoses and related equipment as needed for warehouse operations.
- Follow warehouse stocking procedures to keep inventory organized and easily accessible.
- Maintain a high level of organization in a small warehouse to ensure efficient workflow.
- Work as part of a small warehouse team and contribute to a cooperative, productive environment.
- Work on Saturdays twice a month as part of the regular schedule when required.
Essential Skills- Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing products.
- Strong inventory skills and understanding of warehouse stocking procedures.
- Ability to multitask effectively between customer interactions and warehouse duties.
- Comfort working in outdoor and non-climate-controlled facilities.
- Experience working in dirty environments and around strong-smelling sealants.
- Ability to work in the heat and in all types of weather conditions.
- Capability to load and unload products safely from customer vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to use coating machine hoses and related warehouse equipment.
- Comfort with customer-facing interactions within a warehouse setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a small warehouse team.
- Availability to work on Saturdays twice a month.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a small, busy warehouse that can be dirty and involves working around paint supplies, sealants with strong smells, and general equipment. The facility is largely non-climate-controlled, with no air conditioning in the warehouse area and exposure to heat and varying weather conditions. Steel-toe footwear must be worn in the warehouse at all times. The front of the building has air conditioning, but most work occurs in the warehouse, where maintaining an extremely organized space is essential.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
