We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Victorville. This role is focused on accurate shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and have experience handling inventory accuracy, shipment verification, and warehouse coordination tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness
• Prepare, label, and process outgoing shipments according to order specifications
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment documentation with attention to detail
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
• Ensure proper organization, storage, and rotation of materials
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control required
• Comfortable working with inventory accuracy, labeling, and shipment verification processes
• Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills required for tracking and reporting
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment with temperature variations
• Ability to work day or night shifts and overtime as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout full shifts (8–12 hours)

What this role involves day-to-day:

• Ensuring shipments are accurate before they leave or enter the facility
• Working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to keep inventory updated in real time
• Balancing speed with accuracy in a high-volume operation
• Supporting smooth flow of materials from receiving to shipping
