What You'll DoAs a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the building, equipment, and grounds while supporting a safe and efficient workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility repairs, including walls, doors, ceilings, office fixtures, and minor construction projects
Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on:
Complete light carpentry, painting, cleaning, and exterior maintenance
Support preventive maintenance activities on facility equipment
Maintain and service workplace appliances, including:
Assist with facility improvements, office moves, and ergonomic workstation setups
Work with outside vendors and contractors when needed
Use a computerized maintenance system (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance activities
Provide updates on maintenance projects and respond to facility requests in a timely manner
Participate in an on-call security rotation as part of the facilities team

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
