Work Environment
This role is entirely field-based and requires working outdoors in all climates, including heat, cold, wind, and varying weather conditions. The typical shift starts at 6:00 AM and continues until the day’s work is finished, often around nine hours, depending on project needs. You work on active construction sites and building exteriors, using hand tools and standard roofing and sheet metal equipment. Work is physically demanding and may involve climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods, with appropriate workwear suited to outdoor construction environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
