Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, mechanically skilled, and committed to delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical HVAC system failures.
Repair furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, electrical, thermostat, and system performance issues.
Install replacement components and perform system adjustments.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers.
Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
Maintain company vehicle, inventory, and tools.
Follow EPA, OSHA, and company safety procedures.
Build positive customer relationships through professional service.
Collaborate with dispatchers, office staff, and fellow technicians.
Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at every customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC service experience
Registered Idaho HVAC Journeyman OR Apprentice with 2,000+ documented hours
EPA Certification (Required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems independently
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Experience servicing light commercial HVAC equipment
Experience with heat pumps and mini-split systems
Preventative maintenance experience
Refrigeration troubleshooting experience
