The firm represents individuals and families in complex personal injury matters involving catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, wrongful death, and other significant negligence claims. Associates are given meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and substantial courtroom exposure from day one.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar, or the ability to secure admission in Washington within a reasonable timeframe.
• At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably involving civil disputes with substantial case responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability in deposition practice, motion work, discovery management, and overall case handling.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive arguments.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills, with the ability to advocate effectively in adversarial settings.
• Background in plaintiff-side personal injury matters is valued, though candidates from broader civil litigation practices are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior trial exposure is beneficial but not required.
