What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement in Illinois
• Experience or passion for working with special education across K-8 or high school grade levels
• Flexibility to serve in one or multiple school environments as assigned
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Commitment to individual student needs and fostering a supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized instruction for students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in alignment with state and district guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate by advocating for student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate fully in meetings or professional development opportunities
