Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver self-contained reading and math instruction to a caseload of 4th and 5th graders (IEP-focused)
• Support mainstreaming of students with their general education peers for specials, lunch, recess, and social studies/science
• Develop and implement IEPs targeting foundational academic and behavioral growth
• Partner with families, related service providers, and school teams for whole-child success
• Maintain compliance and best practices in special education documentation
