Job Title: Production Team Member
Reports To: Crew Leaders/Management Team
Location: Austintown, Ohio

Position Overview
LM Cases is looking for qualified workers, with a variety of skillsets, to reinforce our production team. The candidate will be able to utilize their skills in the areas of aluminum/wood cutting and fabrication, product assembly, hardware installation, spray painting and foam installation and CNC cutting and milling.

Education/Experience
• High School or GED minimum
• Technical Training, College Experience, College Degree a plus

Position Qualifications*
• Proficiency with hand tools and measuring tools/tape measure
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of production procedures, including reading prints
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of coworkers/team members
• Experience with production machines – saws, routers, lathe, spray and glue equipment, etc.
• Experience with aluminum and plastic fabrication methods and machines
• Experience in woodworking, cabinet building, carpentry
• Willingness to receive cross department training, and to be reassigned to other departments, as needed
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Ability to work efficiently, and self-sufficiently, with minimal intervention
• Attentive detail and assumes responsibility for product quality control.
• CNC experience a plus
• Computer proficiency a plus
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures a plus

*Lack of experience in some categories will not necessarily disqualify candidates that are willing to receive training. We will train all candidates with a basic skill set.
