Warehouse Team Lead | 2nd Shift | $26-$29/hr

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating a team, improving processes, and keeping operations running efficiently, we’d love to meet you!

Pay $26.00-$29.00/hour

Schedule Monday-Friday 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of warehouse associates.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet production and shipping goals.
• Oversee picking, stocking, inventory control, and kitting activities.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Work closely with Production, Shipping, Purchasing, and Inventory teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of Warehouse Lead or Warehouse Supervisor experience

✔ Strong forklift operating experience

✔ Manufacturing or distribution warehouse background

✔ Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, ERP/WMS systems, and Excel

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
