ROLE IMPACT
The Commercial Real Estate Admin Assistant supports day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience with property records, transactions, client and vendor coordination, and administrative workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, schedule meetings, and maintain team calendars.
• Prepare and format documents, reports, correspondence, lease-related materials, and property records.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, electronic files, and physical records.
• Coordinate mail and deliveries and assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Track project deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and clients.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required or must be completed prior to the position’s start date; recent and anticipated college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and calendar management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
