Midway Staffing is seeking motivated and dependable experienced baker assistant for a Bakery in Springdale AR. This versatile position offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our bakery operations, including assisting with the bread baking Industry. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm

Duties:
- Assisting in the bread-making and baking process. This includes kneading and cutting dough.
- Bagging and organizing bread and cookies
- Cleaning and Operating equipment as needed
- Learning our bakery processes to ensure product is made with consistency
- Cleaning up work areas. This includes sweeping, cleaning tables, doing some dishes.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable around heavy equipment in a warehouse
- High school education or equivalent
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work with others
