Work Environment
This position is based in a recycling facility operating on a first shift with a 6:00 a.m. start time. The work involves standing for most of the shift, performing repetitive tasks, and handling cardboard and plastic materials. You will regularly use equipment such as baler machines and densifiers, along with standard material handling tools. The environment is industrial in nature, with active machinery, stacked materials, and shipping preparation areas. Appropriate work attire typically includes durable clothing and closed-toe footwear suitable for an industrial setting, along with any required personal protective equipment provided on site.
