About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator serves as the face of our business center, providing outstanding service to clients, guests, and visitors while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
• Preparing conference rooms and meeting spaces for client use
• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks
• Supporting client requests and helping resolve routine issues
• Maintaining a polished and professional reception area
• Building positive relationships with clients and visitors
