We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer service, order processing, administrative support, and account management. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have strong experience using QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current clients and prospective customers.
• Prepare customer quotes and follow up on leads and outstanding opportunities.
• Process and enter customer orders accurately.
• Handle inventory availability requests and product inquiries.
• Process order acknowledgements, invoices, and delivery notifications.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
• Manage customer communications through e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and account inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online with the ability to create invoices, manage customer accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, order processing, or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of Apple macOS and iOS devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
