We are seeking a dependable and motivated Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate in Fort Worth, TX to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and weighing outbound freight shipments, utilizing freight quoting software to select the best carrier based on cost and delivery timelines, creating Bills of Lading, and assisting with loading outgoing freight. Additional duties include unloading and counting inbound shipments, supporting inventory counts, and ensuring products are accurately received and shipped. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. Opportunities may also be available to deliver customer orders to job sites and wholesale warehouses and assist with the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, carriers, and team members.
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred, with the ability to accurately measure, weigh, and process freight shipments.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to safely lift, load, and unload materials while working in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
