Summary: This is a full-time position based in Jacksonville, FL to support the Accounting and Finance departments at the Tebow Group. We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Staff Accountant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial administration of the Family Office. This position will have primary responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, transaction documentation, and accounting-related operational processes. This role requires a high level of integrity and professionalism while handling confidential business and personal information.

Key Functions:
- Multi-Entity Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage end-to-end invoice processing, vendor management, customer billing, collections, and cash application across multiple corporate and personal entities
- Contract & Revenue Accounting: Administer accounting processes for speaking engagements, endorsements, productions, and project-based contracts—including complex invoicing, payment tracking, commissions, and expense reimbursements.
- Expense Management & Data Integrity: Review, categorize, and allocate credit card and cash expenses. Collect supporting documentation, process employee reimbursements, and ensure all transactions align with internal controls.
- General Ledger & Month-End Support: Maintain precise accounting records in QuickBooks Online, BILL, HubSpot, and Oneflow. Assist with bank reconciliations, transaction coding, month-end close procedures, and financial reporting.
- Financial Administration & Compliance: Organize and maintain financial, insurance, tax, and vendor records. Support annual insurance renewals, Form 1099 preparation, audits, tax filings, and special accounting projects.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline current accounting workflows and leverage software integrations to increase department efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required, or equivalent work experience..
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, general ledger maintenance, or a robust transactional accounting role. Experience within a family office or multi-entity environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online is strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with BILL, HubSpot, Oneflow, Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas), and digital signature platforms is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage responsibilities for multiple entities and maintain clear separation of financial activity.
- Requires strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential business and personal financial information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
