This role involves assisting with patient intake and ensuring smooth clinic operations while directly reporting to the physician. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake and record vital signs
• Collect and document medical history
• Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Verify insurance information for patients
• Support clinic workflow in a small team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in medical assisting
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Proficient in vital signs measurement
• Experience with patient scheduling
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
