Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Newcastle, DE. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $65,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

• Perform account reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Utilize ERP systems for financial management

• Create and analyze financial reports using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations

• Proficiency in ERP systems

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
