a leading manufacturing company dedicated to innovation and quality, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant/Admin to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: The Staff Accountant/Admin will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting the finance team, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills, as well as the ability to review and manage contracts, licenses, and insurance documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by performing regular audits and reviews.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling documentation.
Manage and maintain financial filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and easily accessible.
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets.
System Management:
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Assist in the integration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics for improved financial management and reporting efficiency.
Data Analysis and Reconciliation:
Perform advanced data analysis and reconciliation using Excel to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
Generate and analyze complex financial reports and pivot tables to support financial planning and analysis.
Contract, License, and Insurance Review:
Review and manage contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are in line with company policies and financial guidelines.
Monitor and track licenses and insurance documents, ensuring they are current and comply with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with legal and insurance advisors to address any issues or discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards.
Certification or coursework in advanced accounting practices.
