LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manger to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to the team's success.
Responsibilities
Solid understanding of the financial statements and prepare analysis and commentary.
Function as a liaison with auditors
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including journal entries.
Assist in monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
Prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements and other key financial metrics
Create detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to meet business needs
Qualifications:
+8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a background in accounting and audit, and expertise in gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to executive teams and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Public accounting experience and CPA certification are highly desirable
Experience with SAP is preferred
Strong, current knowledge of GAAP required; familiarity with ASC 606 is a plus
Preferred experience in manufacturing and/or global companies with multiple sites and currencies
