We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Financial Reporting Manager in the service industry, located in Dallas, Texas. This role is focused on providing top-tier financial reporting and accounting services. This is a short-term contract role, where you will work closely with our corporate team, providing support during a period of medical leave.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting adhering to GAAP and US GAAP regulations
• Oversee and manage the general ledger
• Conduct month-end close processes efficiently
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
• Maintain and update customer credit records
• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed
• Implement and manage financial reporting systems and methodologies
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop and manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s procedures• Proven expertise in Financial Reporting
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP Accounting and US GAAP
• Experience in managing Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in working with General Ledger
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar qualification is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
