We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accountant to join one of our growing and innovative clients in St. Paul. The Senior Accountant will be instrumental in supporting the Controllership function, taking an active role in problem-solving complex accounting challenges, conducting accounting research, and documenting conclusions. This key position reports directly to our Controller and involves significant collaboration with other Managers, VPs, and the CEO.

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

• Proven expertise in Technical Accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
