We are in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team. The role involves managing multiple entities within our financial department, performing tasks related to fixed assets, prepaids, depreciations, and accruals. You will also be expected to possess advanced Excel skills and experience in implementing financial systems and producing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple entities within the financial department

• Oversee and maintain fixed assets, prepaids, and accruals

• Perform depreciations of assets and update records accordingly

• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze financial data

• Implement financial systems to streamline accounting processes

• Prepare and present financial statements for review

• Conduct account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

• Manage general ledger entries and journal entries

• Assist with month-end close procedures

• Utilize Oracle and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant

• Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP

• Strong knowledge of general ledger functions

• Experience with bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation

• Capability to prepare journal entries and conduct month-end close procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must possess strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

• Must adhere to all professional standards and ethical principles of accounting.
