Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Accountant to join their team. This hybrid position offers a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote work, allowing you to work from home 1 to 2 days a week. Below are more details.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Track and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy in reporting and support inventory audits.
Assist in preparing and posting journal entries to the general ledger.
Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and help manage benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting:
Experience using accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) is preferred
Attention to Detail and Accuracy
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Employment Type: Temp to Hire
Compensation: $20-25/hr. USD
Work Hours: 8-5:30pm
Location: Portland- Hybrid
