We are seeking an ERP Integration Manager for a long term contract employment opportunity in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role will be integral to our team, managing the data migration and readiness activities for our SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the data migration and readiness workstream for the SAP S/4 HANA implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and manage data requirements
• Develop strategies for data migration, including extraction, transformation, loading, and validation
• Oversee the conversion of critical data elements such as material master data, customer and vendor master data, open sales orders, production orders, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices
• Identify and resolve data-related issues and risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Manage data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity in the new SAP S/4 HANA system
• Provide support to business and IT teams during data preparation, migration, and post-migration activities
• Develop and deliver training and documentation for effective use and maintenance of master data in SAP S/4 HANA
• Report on data readiness status, risks, and issues to the program management team.• Proven experience in ERP integration management, preferably within the Semi-Conductors or Electric Component Manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA required.
• Strong technical skills in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing (BI DW).
• Familiarity with data infrastructure and its role in ERP integration.
• Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Experience in data migration projects, including planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data transformation techniques and their application in ERP integration.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
