We are currently seeking an experienced UKG Pro Consultant to assist our team in a transition from UKG Ready to UKG Pro, focusing specifically on the implementation of Payroll and Benefit modules. The successful candidate is also expected to conduct thorough testing on system transitions.
Responsibilities:
1.Aid the transition from UKG Ready to UKG Pro, focusing on the implementation of Payroll and Benefit modules.
2.Assess current system setup and propose improvement strategies to increase efficiency.
3.Plan and execute testing phases for the implemented modules.
4.Conduct sessions, prepare user manuals and train our in-house team on the use of new systems.
5.Analyze system performance after implementation and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operating capacity.
6.Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure that the system meets business needs and is integrated well into the company's existing processes.
7.Rectify any bugs or issues discovered during testing phases.
8.Document the process of transition and implementation scientifically to ease future reference.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines.
2.Previous experience with UKG Pro systems on implementation, particularly Payroll and Benefit modules.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.Experience in designing and implementing testing strategies.
5.Extensive knowledge in system data conversion methods.
6.Demonstrable skills in tasks prioritization and project management.
7.Excellent communication and training skills.
