We currently have an immediate need for a contractor to come on board as a Workday Reporting Manager. This position presents an excellent opportunity for those with technical expertise in Workday software while focusing on custom configuration and reconfiguration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle one-off issues, debugging, and redevelopment tailored to unique scenarios that cause errors in the FIN, HCM, Time Tracking, and Payroll areas of Workday.
- Act as the primary developer responsible for ongoing development and debugging.
- Maintain strong communication and empathy skills to support various types of technical staff.
- Build out reporting as it relates to state entities.
- Understand and adapt to client-specific and department-specific business use cases for Workday.
- Work autonomously and report on debugging resolutions to executive leadership.
- Act as an evangelist and application expert with a strong grasp of Workday modules.
- Utilize skills in Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Workday, Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday Payroll, Workday ERP, and Workday Studio.
Requirements:
- Prior experience building out reporting for state entities.
- Experience with government report workflows to departments such as State Controller’s offices, and other large government entities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Prism and Workday Studio will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary.
• Experience with EO/IR systems is essential.
• Ability to perform AB Testing is crucial.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions is needed.
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents is important.
• Demonstrated expertise in Configuration Management is essential.
• Proficiency in Workday, Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, and Workday ERP is required.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is necessary.
• Knowledge of Workday Integration and Workday Studio is crucial.
• Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
