Specialized New York City firm is in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the industry. Located in New York, New York, this role will involve managing various HR tasks, collaborating with teams, and overseeing generalist responsibilities. You will be engaged in talent acquisition, administering compensation and benefits, and managing HR systems.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage various human resources tasks.
• Collaborate with executive and operations groups to ensure the smooth running of the HR department.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Oversee generalist responsibilities including engagement, administering compensation and benefits.
• Uphold compliance rules and regulations.
• Manage the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Maintain strong employee relations and resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other relevant regulations.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems effectively.
• Implement Ceridian and Dayforce for HR processes.OUr client
• Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role
• Proficiency in ADP
• Ability to manage benefit functions effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in HR
• Proven experience in managing employee relations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
