Lindsey McCarthy with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity with a non-profit for a Recruiter in Getzville, New York. As a Recruiter, you will be primarily responsible for hiring a range of various. You will be handling all stages of recruitment, from job posting to onboarding new employees.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire recruitment process for various job roles within the organization
• Overseeing job postings across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Conducting initial phone interviews to screen potential candidates.
• Scheduling in-person interviews with suitable candidates.
• Creating and sending offer letters to selected candidates.
• Coordinating and executing onboarding activities for new employees.
• Attending Job fairs and College Campus events to scout for potential candidates.
• Utilizing the UKG or Ultipro for applicant tracking system and onboarding processes.
• Engaging in corporate recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
