Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Recruiter to join our team in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills in English, and preferably experience with Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT roles.
Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Workday Utilization: Utilize Workday for managing recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
