Job Position Overview:

As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to placing them in the right positions. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and match them with qualified candidates, ensuring a successful fit for both parties. This role involves a combination of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements across various industries.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific job opportunities.
• Client Collaboration: Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job listings across multiple platforms, ensuring descriptions are clear, engaging, and reach the right audience.
• Candidate Placement: Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, negotiate job offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Database Management: Maintain and update a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients to foster long-term partnerships
