Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Near Bear, DE
Job Description: Join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Bear, DE! This full-time position requires 37.5 hours per week, starting on 8/19/24 and ending on 6/11/25. The role involves providing services in the early years program, autism services, and at a high school. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy and support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Train and supervise staff in ABA techniques and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Valid Delaware BCBA licensure
- School experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
