Job Description:
We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Middletown, DE. This role involves working with early years programs and autism services. The ideal candidate must have an active Delaware BCBA License and a strong commitment to improving the lives of children with special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior assessments and create behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Train staff and families on behavior intervention techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve student goals.

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware BCBA License.
• Experience in early years programs and autism services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
