Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide services near Hockessin, DE. This full-time position involves working with early years programs and autism services, requiring a Delaware BCBA License. The BCBA will develop and implement behavior intervention plans and work closely with a team of professionals to support children with various needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional behavior assessments.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and family members.
• Track and analyze data to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

Qualifications:

• Delaware BCBA License.
• Proven experience in early years programs and autism services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
