Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a Direct Sales position. This position is full-time. Duties include prospecting for new customers, driving new business into the agency, presenting new insurance quotes, and closing new business. This position offers a base salary plus commission.
Candidates must have superior communications skills, high energy and a desire to cultivate new business and achieve a track record of sales success. A competitive nature is essential.
Licensing is essential to this role. Two days in a live class or webinar and about a week and half to study. Then, passing a state exam will secure your Property and Casualty Producers License. Most candidates handle during the two-week notice with previous position.
A Life and Health License is also needed but came be completed during the first 60 Days of employment of sooner.
Candidates that currently have licensing will be given interview priority.
