Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Services Representative. You will be responsible for approval of loans and providing excellent customer service in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Customers
  • Approval of Payday and Title Loan products
  • Communicating terms and conditions of loans
  • Performing check cashing transactions
  • Responsible balancing of personal cash drawer
  • Resolving customer concerns
  • Performing as a team to achieve department goals
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services preferred
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed or scheduled.
