Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for personal injury cases.

- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.

- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers regarding case developments.

- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and up to date.

- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.

Qualifications:
