Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal (Spanish Required)

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Personal Injury Paralegal for our Hackensack, NJ office. The successful candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a strong background in personal injury law. These roles involve assisting attorneys with case management, client communication, and preparation for legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception to settlement or trial.

- Handle communication with Spanish-speaking clients to ensure they understand the legal process.

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.

- Manage case files and maintain organization to ensure compliance with deadlines.

- Coordinate with medical professionals, insurance companies, and experts for case preparation.

- Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during court proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.

- Must be fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Knowledge of legal research databases and document management systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
