Salary:
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of personal injury litigation and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on a variety of complex cases.
Responsibilities:
- Strong foundational understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation.
- Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
- Obtain further information where necessary to ensure comprehensive documentation is prepared and organize, analyze, and summarize documentation.
- Collect and prep documents for depositions and ensure documents are current.
- Perform administrative duties (calendar depositions and deadlines, organize related files and documents, manage logistics)
- Liaise between internal team and internal/external third parties.
- Review medical records.
- Maintain case files and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal required.
- Strong foundational understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Needles and Littify software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to excel as a team player on a daily basis & foster positive relationships between all departments and team members.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter.
- Able to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and time.
