We are in need of a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal based in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri. In this role, you will be handling a variety of responsibilities within the legal industry. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of personal injury plaintiff cases

• Ensure accurate processing and record-keeping of case details

• Utilize case management software for efficient operation and coordination

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed

• Utilize communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members

• Ensure the organization and preparation of legal documents

• Utilize 'Sales Force' tool for effective management of tasks

• Maintain a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions

• Adapt quickly to new software tools, being open to training as needed

• Possess strong knowledge and experience with Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS).
• Proficient in using Case Management Software and CompuLaw.
• Able to handle Billing Functions with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability in Briefing and Calendar Management.
• Experience in Claim Administration and excellent Communication skills.
• Have a background in Litigation - Plaintiff and Personal Injury Plaintiffs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
• Availability for occasional overtime work when necessary.
