We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our mobile wound care company servicing SNF facilities and/or patients in their homes. As an NP you will participate in weekly bedside wound rounds throughout the Brooklyn area, establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridements.

Required:

• Open to travel within the Brooklyn, NY area
• Valid NP license in the State of New York
• Must be able to pass all background checks

NP Experience:

• Skilled Nursing Facility - 1 year (Preferred)
• Wound Care - 1 year (Preferred) but not necessary. Company will provide all training.

License/Certifications:

• NP License (Required)
• Wound Care Certification (Preferred)
