Pride Health is hiring Nurse Practitioners to support our client’s medical facility based in Milton, PA. This is a Contract to hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Milton, PA

Job Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Pay Range: $65 - $75/hour
(*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions
• Communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct advanced illness and advanced care planning conversations
• Provide patients and caregivers with counselling and education

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing OR Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant degree program
• License/Certification:

1) Active and unrestricted license in Pennsylvania to work as NP or Physician Assistant
2) Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification through a national board
3) Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority

• Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred)
