We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst with Mac experience in San Francisco, California. This Desktop Support Analyst role involves assisting users in a fast-paced environment by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The successful Desktop Support candidate will work three days on-site per week, providing both Tech Bar Support and Remote Support. This desktop Support Analyst role is a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to between 150-200 users, managing tasks end to end.
- Supporting a majority Mac environment.
- Assist in password reset and troubleshooting for users.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, including managing the tech bar on-site two days a week.
- Operate in a predominantly Mac environment with some Windows operations.
- Utilize Slack for communication and potentially bundle tickets through Jira.
- Handle Two Factor Authentication issues.
- Participate in office buildout and refresh projects when required.
- Manage and resolve low-level tasks independently while not hesitating to ask questions when needed.
- Operate Google Workspace and Zoom proficiently.
- Maintain a fast-paced work environment without heavy emphasis on metrics.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Mac Computers, Mac OS, Mac OS X, and iMac.
- Familiarity with Google API, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
- Experience using Slack for internal communication.
- Experience with JAMF
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
