We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Houston, Texas. The job function involves providing comprehensive legal support within a litigation setting, with a focus on personal injury plaintiff side cases. The selected individual will be handling a variety of paralegal tasks and working in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handle case management duties using specific software
• Assist in preparing for trials, including managing and organizing case files
• Conduct research on legal matters pertaining to personal injury plaintiffs and breach of contract cases
• Assist in handling real estate and property damage cases
• Provide support in handling product liability cases
• Participate in federal and state litigation procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all legal processes
• Assist in managing personal injury cases, focusing on the plaintiff side
• Provide support in overseeing customer accounts and taking necessary actions.• Proficiency in Case Management Software
• Experience with Litigation - Civil
• Familiarity with Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases
• Understanding of Breach of Contract procedures
• Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
• Strong research and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
