We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Redmond, Washington. This role involves managing a wide range of HR functions such as employee relations, communication, hiring processes, and compliance, with a particular emphasis on retention efforts. This position is located in a warehouse setting and also involves overseeing some corporate and engineering roles.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage effective retention strategies for warehouse staff
• Oversee hiring processes and employee relations for non-exempt roles
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to manage staff records and processes
• Use ADP Workforce Now and other systems for financial services related to HR
• Work with Ceridian and other systems for time and attendance management
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Foster effective communication within the organization
• Oversee HR functions for corporate roles and engineering staff when necessary
• Collaborate with HR Generalist on various tasks and provide opportunities for their growth and development.
The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000.
