We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who will play a crucial role in a human resources department. This position requires a versatile professional who can manage various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and assisting with ISO safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate disputes, and support a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws, including ISO safety regulations.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences for all new employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes and employee development programs.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, MS Office, and familiarity with payroll software.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $62,000.00 per year
