Receptionist
We are the first private mental health practice in Brevard County serving a diverse range of mental health services. We have specializations and national certifications in forensic mental health services, child custody evaluations, competency evaluations, and psychological assessments. Having a trauma-informed care approach and solution-focused clinicians serving all individuals and families through their most difficult times is our driving force. Bella Mental Health has been in operation since 2020 and recently expanded into our new office with additional office spaces. The continued need for mental health services is prevalent in our county and we continue to grow as a company.
Hours:
2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday 2pm-8pm (some flexibility may be needed at certain times when other admin team members are out)
Job Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules patients, collaborates with insurance and office needs.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Notifies company personnel/therapists of visitor/patient arrival.
Maintains security and telecommunications system with HIPPA compliance.
Taking copays/visit sessions virtually or in-person.
Expedites responses to clients and supervisor via email or phone calls.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, faxing, etc.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. “Face” of the company.
Keeps office space neat, tidy and pays attention to detail for creating an inviting and comfortable work environment for therapists and patients.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Handles any needs of owner or office manager.

Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Reception experience in a medical setting REQUIRED
Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Must be able to pass background and drug screen. We are a drug free workplace.
